PROF. DR. OLIVER CHIKUTA

　　Prof. Oliver Chikuta is currently the Program Director of the Module University Dual Degree program at the Nanjing Tech University Pujiang Institute in China. Before joining the Pujiang Institute, he was the Dean of the Faculty of Hospitality and Sustainable Tourism at Botho University, Gaborone, Botswana, Executive Dean of the School of Hospitality and Tourism at Chinhoyi University of Technology, Zimbabwe, Chairperson of the Tourism and Hospitality Management department at the Midlands State University and the Founding President of the Tourism Educators and Researchers Association of Zimbabwe (TERAZ). He is a holder of a PhD in Tourism Management from the North-West University (Potchefstroom, SA). Dr Chikuta also holds a Master of Commerce degree in Marketing Strategy and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management (MSU). He also has certificates in Tour Guiding Services (UNWTO Themis Foundation), Elementary Fares and Ticketing (Air Zimbabwe), E-Commerce (UNWTO Themis Foundation), Food Safety Management (ISO) and Introduction to Accessibility and Inclusive Design (University of Illinois). Dr. Chikuta is also a Hospitality Customer Service Excellence Coach. His research interests are in Universal Accessibility in Tourism, Nature-Based Tourism, Sustainable Tourism, Customer Service Excellence, Agritourism. He has published extensively in the above areas and presented at several regional and international conferences. He has also supervised several PhD and master’s candidates. Dr Chikuta has also carried some consultancy work in the tourism industry including the Skills Development in the Tourism industry in Botswana (2022) where he was the Lead Consultant.

　　Oliver Chikuta教授，国际酒店与饮食文化学院中奥合作办学项目负责人，南非西北大学(North-West University)旅游管理博士。曾任博茨瓦纳哈博罗内博托大学(Botho University)酒店与可持续旅游学院院长、津巴布韦奇诺伊理工大学(Chinhoyi University of Technology)酒店与旅游学院执行院长、米德兰兹州立大学(Midlands State University)旅游与酒店管理系主任、津巴布韦旅游教育与研究协会(TERAZ)创始主席，并在上述高校担任过硕博导师。Chikuta教授的研究方向是无障碍旅游、以自然为本的旅游、可持续旅游、卓越客户服务以及农业旅游，其在上述研究领域发表了诸多论文，并在多个区域性或国际会议上发表过演讲。此外，Chikuta教授还拥有联合国世界旅游组织认证的多项证书，并且承担了业内多个项目的培训、顾问等工作。
