1. Introduction

　　(1) The Institute

　　Nanjing Tech University Pujiang Institute was founded in 1998 and comprises 10 schools with more than 11,000 students enrolled in 35 Bachelor's degree programs. The Institute boasts of outstanding faculty and world-class collaborations with Chinese and International businesses and universities. As part of their studies, students have access to cutting-edge technology and gain valuable practical experience through internships, training programs, and applied research projects. The university closely follows the successful education system of the German Universities of Applied Sciences.

　　(2) Modul University Vienna

　　Modul University Vienna was founded in 2007, but the brand Modul has a historical foundation dating back to 1908 when Modul College was founded. Modul College is the oldest still existing vocational training tourism school worldwide. The university started with the programs in tourism as a continuation of Modul's College expertise. One of its flagship programs is this BBA in Tourism and Hospitality Management degree. The following makes MU unique:

　　(3) About Modul School of Tourism & Hospitality Management, Nanjing (MSN)

　　The Modul School of Tourism and Hospitality Management, Nanjing Campus was established in 2016 as part of a Sino-Austria Cooperation between Nanjing Tech University’s Pujiang Institute (China) and Modul University Vienna (Austria). The cooperation involves running a 4-year, English taught Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management (majoring in Hotel Management). Graduates from this program are awarded two degree certificates, one in English (issued by Modul University Vienna) and the other in Chinese (Issued by Nanjing Tech University), hence the name Dual-Degree Program. The Modul University BBA in Tourism & Hospitality Management degree program is fully accredited by the education authorities both in China and Austria.

　

    　2. Application

　　(1) Requirements for Applicants

　　● Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens and in good health.

　　● Be of good moral character, abide by Chinese laws and regulations as well as school rules, regulations and discipline, and respect China's social morals and customs.

　　● Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent (9 years formal school + 3 years vocational diploma), and must be over 18 years old (not more than 25 years old).

　　● Applicants must have proof of an English score of IELTS 6.0 or equivalent.

　　(2) Application Time, Method, and Required Materials

　　● Application period: January 1, 2024 to July 1, 2024

　　1) Application Form for Admission to Nanjing Tech University Pujiang Institute (see attachment)

　　2) Scanned copy of passport information page

　　3) Notarized high school or equivalent education certificate and transcript (non-Chinese or English versions require official translation and notarization in Chinese or English; fresh graduates can first provide a pre- graduation certificate issued by their own school, and complete the required documents after admission)

　　● A notarized certificate of non-criminal record

　　● Personal profile in Chinese or English (including personal information, learning experience, application reasons, etc.)

　　● English score (IELTS 6.0, TOEFL ibt 76, PTE 65, Duolingo 104, Cambridge English Certificate 5 FCE Level B)

　　3. Tuition Fee

　　● Application Fee: 300 RMB

　　● Tuition Fees 50,000 RMB/year with 20% scholarship (Only for the first Batch)

　　● Accommodation: twin room 600 RMB/month for double occupation, 1200 RMB/month for single occupation (single occupation only in exceptional cases).
